All Mansion products are handmade to order, crafted individually for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizing/selection.

This is permitted under EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c)) for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

- Your order number

- Clear photos of the issue

- A brief description

If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
